Health & Wellness Coaching Programs

One-On-One Coaching

5 and 10 Session Programs

This is individual health & wellness coaching with Coach Sara for maximum support and accountability. Your one-on-one sessions are conducted over the phone, Zoom, or in-person to give you options and accessibility to ensure the best experience. Individual coaching is a personalized and effective way to identify your health & well-being goals and values while providing guidance and accountability to help you keep on track.

Small Group Coaching

5 and 10 Session Programs

Group coaching is effective and fun for small groups with similar goals, challenges or lifestyles. Group coaching gives you the support of being in community with coaching and guidance – great for weight loss, physical activity, coping well with stress and other lifestyle goals. Sara completed the Lifestyle Medicine Coach training through the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.

Diabetes Prevention Group Coaching

Group facilitation and coaching focused on small groups who want to prevent or delay the development of Type 2 diabetes, (based on the CDC Prevent T2 curriculum) focused on losing weight, getting physically active, healthy eating, and managing stress. Diabetes prevention group coaching gives you the support of others who have pre-diabetes or who are at a high risk of developing diabetes and want to improve their health. This group provides you with a safe space to share your story, challenges, and successes, and to learn how to form healthy habits from one another with supportive coaching and guidance. Sara is a CDC-Trained Lifestyle Coach for the National Diabetes Prevention Program and has served on the Virginia Diabetes Council since 2005.

 

Personal Training Program

This is individual personal training with Coach Sara for maximum support, exercise guidance, and results. Your one-on-one sessions are conducted in-person or by video to give you options and utilize your time well to ensure the best experience. Individual personal training is the most effective way to engage in a personalized exercise program that meets your unique needs and goals, the motivation to keep on track, and the accountability and expertise to ensure that you make progress and see results. Sara is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Member of the American College of Sports Medicine since 2005.
