This is individual personal training with Coach Sara for maximum support, exercise guidance, and results. Your one-on-one sessions are conducted in-person or by video to give you options and utilize your time well to ensure the best experience. Individual personal training is the most effective way to engage in a personalized exercise program based on your unique needs and goals, the motivation to keep on track, and the accountability and expertise to ensure that you make progress and see results. Sara is a Certified Exercise Physiologist and Member of the American College of Sports Medicine since 2005.
